Day 30 of #FITember part 2 Completed my final miles with my favourite walking companion 🐶 🥰 evening stroll to visit Grandpa & tell him that we managed to smash more than 90 miles for our @sfrs_fst challenge #proud 🎯 🚒❤️

Day 30 of #FITember part 1 The last Tuesday Trekkers lunchtime stroll for our @sfrs_fst Team Miles - 3 x laps for the final time this month 🚒❤️🥰

Day 29 of #FITember & another couple of miles this evening to add to our @sfrs_fst fitness challenge - a quick look at the leaderboard & some of our participants have clocked up an AMAZING number of miles! Looking forward to finding out the total mileage logged this year 🚒❤️🤩

Day 28 of #FITember an early start to walk round Lanark loch this morning for our @sfrs_fst challenge 🚒❤️ Can’t beat walking in the sunshine with a friend or the eggs & toast breakfast after 🍳 big thank you to AlisonC for keeping me company clocking up the miles 🥰😎 🦆 🍁

Day 27 of #FITember managed a couple of miles for our @sfrs_fst challenge this morning. This afternoon I popped down to my local station open day being held as part of the Carluke Jam&Ham celebrations - huge thanks to all the crew for their support as always 🚒❤️ #familymatters

Day 26 of #FITember was another beautiful day - fab start to the holiday weekend ☀️ busy busy day but tonight we managed another couple of miles for our @sfrs_fst & delighted to have reached our 🎯 #75 🥳 good luck to all our other participants clocking up their final miles 🚒❤️

Day 25 of #FITember and some of us had a hard day chilling while some of us clocked up some more miles for our @sfrs_fst walking challenge 👣 the last couple of days have been chilly in the morning but oh so sunshiney later in the day 😎 hope it continues over the weekend 🤞

Day 24 of #FITember busy day followed by a slight change of routine & a trip to the cinema (out out on a school night) only time for a very quick walk under the stars tonight for our @sfrs_fst challenge 🌟 but we are so close to target 🎯 🤩🚒❤️

Day 23 of #FITember and the weather was glorious for Team Tuesday Trekkers at HQ 😎 ☀️ 4 laps = another 2 miles for our @sfrs_fst challenge 🚒❤️

Day 22 of #FITember & it was late night mileage squeezed in after my Girlguiding Volunteering 🌈 Forecast is good for the last week of our @sfrs_fst challenge which hopefully means everyone participating, will enjoy clocking up their final miles 🎯 🚒❤️

Day 21 of #FITember & first morning of frost 🥶 🍂 a perfect crisp autumn sunshiney day for our @sfrs_fst walking challenge. Always the perfect stroll when it’s followed by a breakfast roll & a blether ☕️ 🥓 #alisonx2 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 🦢 😎

Day 20 of #FITember 🚒❤️ Back on home turf for our @sfrs_fst mileage today - little bit of drizzle but still mild - quick stop at Gramps house on the way home for a biscuit = happy doggo 🐶 🥰

Day 19 of #FITember and due to a busy schedule we only managed a brief stroll for our @sfrs challenge - last time on the beach with our favourite rock in the distance #Ailsa #family 🪨 🥰 back to local routes for the rest of the month - hope the weather stays kind ☀️

Day 18 of #FITember and we got lucky again with the weather - the Ayrshire coast has been very supportive of our @sfrs_fst challenge 🎯 miles have been achieved - let’s see if we can meet our new target #75 🚒❤️

Day 17 of #FITember & the joy of walking on the shore with not a rain cloud in sight 😎 the seals were basking in the sunshine while we clocked up the miles for our @sfrs_fst challenge this afternoon 🪨 🦭 #footofthelendal & we enjoyed beautiful sunset skies this evening 🌅 🚒❤️

Day 16 of #FITember & chasing rainbows in between showers 🌈☔️ another couple more miles towards our @sfrs_fst challenge 🚒❤️getting close to our original mileage target so might just have to make an adjustment #75 🤔

Day 15 of #FITember and our @sfrs_fst challenge. Slight injury niggles so just the one stroll with my girl on a slightly windy beach 💨 🌊 half way point & it’s great to see all our participants & teams clocking up the miles to support their Scottish Fire Service Charity 🚒❤️
