Today I talked about some of the main findings of my Ph.D. project at the ASA,CSSA,SSSA meeting. Our results show the potential to reduce crop water use per biomass accumulated and brings a reflection about how we phenotype crops for stress. #ACSmtg

This week we harvested another experiment. This time we tested the impact of salinity on papaya's early development. Another exp showing more accuracy in whole plant measurements at detecting early mild stress responses compared to current single-leaf measurements #cropphysiology
