For a #McMCelebrations, with the support of 4th grade leaders, K students in Mrs. Elwell's had the chance to learn about pollution & its impact on the ocean. They learned about oil pollution & how it affects the ocean water as well as the plants & animals who call the ocean home.

For our #McMCelebrations Field Day wouldn't have been as fantastic without our family volunteers & the support of our PTA! Family volunteers supported our many stations at Field Day, & the PTA provided popsicles to celebrate everyone's hard work and good sportsmanship💙

“What’s the best part of you?”, these first graders were asked. Based off the book “The Best Part of Me: Children Talk About Their Bodies in Pictures and Words” by Wendy Ewald, first graders identified what they saw as their best part and explained the reason why.
