Finally arrived at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022! Race day is coming up on the 3rd of August, in the menโs 100m at 9.20pm and can be watched live on the bcc channels! I ran some very consistent 400m over the weekend at the English championship. I got 3rd place in the 400m. Another solid 100m in the heat.
