If we can establish that being a Medal of Honor recipient gives you the right to be a Democrat in public, I would like to know how far down the valor awards hierarchy that principle extends.

I genuinely appreciate how many conservative veterans are like “I may have different political views than @FlorentGroberg but he has the right to his, don’t you dare disrespect his service.”. I just want to see that same energy for veterans who are NOT Medal of Honor recipients.
