. @glasses_direct. Any sign of bringing home trials back. I won't buy unless I can try on first. Returns don't work either, it took 3 sets of home trials last time. With each set of glasses taking a month to order return and refund it would take a year to get new glasses.

How long till @unisontheunion tell us the result of the NJC ballot? I would like my pay rise this side of Christmas. I'm hoping they didn't get the votes for a pointless strike. If it's done at the normal unison pace the results will be out in March.

Thought I'd give one of the @HelloFreshUK boxes a go as they are 60% off at the moment. I couldn't cancel it quick enough. 3 of the 4 meals tasted awful, fresh veg was limp and going off and all the meat was short dated so all meals have to be cooked within 4 days. Avoid.

The @RoyalMail really are shite. Yesterday tracking says parcel will be delivered this morning but now tracking has changed and says it now 155 miles away. So much for 1st class being next day.

DPD seem to have lost my parcel (again), it was last seen 90 miles away but can't be delivered due to issue in my area! Sounds like bullshit to me. Just admit you have lost it so I can get a refund.

Awful service from @game_collection, no update since I ordered then cancel the order saying no stock but its still listed on your website. Is it because I used a voucher which got me £47 off the order?.

Poor service from @JohnLewisRetail. I don't mind if you want to cancel an order because it was miss priced but don't wait till its about to ship. I could of found this cheaper but now all the deals have gone.

I think Trading Standards should get involved with @webuyanycar. The quotes they give online are lies. You drive to the place and they knock £500 off the price for no reason. Complete waste of time. @SandwellTS.

I can't believe @virginmedia point out that they screw existing customers on the email they send out saying your contract's at an end. Why show a price that we can't have?
