All right. It can’t all be negative. Incredible atmosphere at Kinnick today. Everyone around me was great. I love that the band played Oregon’s fight song pregame, and the replays showed both good and bad plays for Iowa.

Now that the game is over. I had to read for 2 weeks some of the craziest and dumbest shit ever. Iowa fans hoping for an early start and bad weather, because they know their team isn’t good enough to win on normal conditions.

When I moved to Iowa in 2011, this state, school, team was just another entity in the vast collegiate landscape. I had no opinion. And 14 years later, it’s their fans that turned them into something I hate. From ending Luka Garza’s career to this game, it’s so sweet.

Since you like to bring up old victories, getting creamed in the Rose Bowl, your most important game in the last 15 years? This Oregon-Iowa game was probably a top 5 most important game for Iowa since 2010. This wouldn’t even crack the top 15 for Oregon.
