Great to see Cancer and Mental Health still prioritised and the development of Neighbourhood Health Services will be transformational. Difficult decisions to be made given ever increasing need and straightened finances but the NHS does amazing things every day!
Today, we have published our national planning guidance for 2025/26. This sets out NHS priorities - to transform services, cut waiting times and improve care for patients across England. ⬇️

Great visit to our Central Hampshire Orthopaedic Centre (CHOC) Elective Hub building project. Will open in Winchester in 2025 to increase capacity for hip and knee operations. Very exciting! @HHFTnhs

I visited our wonderful medical records team in their new hub in Winchester. Amazing to hear how they support the scanning programme to ensure records are available electronically and the work they do to help clinics and wards run well. Great team! @HHFTnhs #ConnectingWithCare

Great visit to Alton last week as part of @HHFTnhs #ConnectingWithCare. Lovely new X-Ray machine replaced the 22 year old machine! And great to hear of the QI projects happening across MSK physio and the use of IT tools to share the thinking. Great catch up with midwifery too!
