My bank has confirmed non receipt of any refund from Railways. Nor any refund confirmation has been received from CRIS with RRN no.

A sms was received from CRIS on same time on my mobile number which said booking of UTS Ref no 95C7E450CB has failed. Refund would be received in 7 days but it's more than 26 days without any refund or any information from CRIS. Is Digital India only to take money easily from US.

CR is just not bothered about Bonafide passengers who pay premium amount for comfortable travel. Unauthorised passengers travel sitting in comfort and Bonafide passengers struggle to even stand. What a mockery of the system.
