This in spite of my best efforts to cull and curate my @Twitter feed to focus on art/design and make it mostly politically neutral. Even unfollowing those I am politically aligned with. Oh well. I'm also aware I'm typing this into the void and nobody cares what I think. 😊✌️.

Perhaps you get it too? If you look closely, that tweet that rubs you the wrong way has a greyed-out bit of text above that says: [Name of sports pundit you follow] follows [Name of Daily Mail columnist you do not follow]. Such a cynical and transparent engagement provocation.

I drifted back on to @Twitter lately out of curiosity. My feed is FILLED with unsolicited horrible takes from politicians and commentators I deliberately avoid in an attempt to trap me in an engagement. It even worked a few times. I guess that's their business model now.

Rather than weeks of blanket headline coverage of the latest Toy leadership omni-shambles, I hope the media gives equal or greater billing to demands from opposition and the wider public for a #GeneralElection.

Is there going to be national protests in the event that the Tories refuse to call a #GeneralElectionNow? Because I'm ready to make a sign. 🪧.
