Why McLaren with three practice sessions of data took such a risk with their ride height especially on Lando's car given his gap over Max going into Vegas is beyond comprehension

Interesting that every racing driver I've seen comment on this incident including Leclerc now feels Oscar wasn't predominantly to blame and if anything Kimi was more at fault
📹| Charles via Sky sports about the incident: "For me, the blame is not all on Oscar. I'm frustrated. At the end of the day I'm not angry with any of Oscar or Kimi, these things happen" https://t.co/vbJZbaa3gy

The discourse around the Piastri-Antonelli crash is very interesting from both fans and real racing driver Opinion seems split between Oscar being at fault for not getting ahead and Kimi being at fault for turning into Oscar when he had space and when Oscar was enough alongside

Having the mindset that you would rather lose the title than favour someone to win it for the whole team is an absolutely crazy thing for a team principal to say Can someone remind me, why do people compete in F1 again?
Repeat of 2007? 😳 Zak Brown says he would rather have that happen again than choose one driver over another:

I'm not going to lie this has been one of the best races in terms of content up and down the grid Post race I've seen so many crazy onboards, bizarre moments and hilarious radio messages I don't remember a treasure trove like this

I think Leclerc got VERY lucky to get away with T1. Lewis essentially had the overtake done and Leclerc easily could've made the corner but chose to cut it and that's the only reason he kept P2 I understand there's lap 1 leniency but you can't let blatant moves like this slide

Time and time again this team who are usually flawless on Verstappen’s side just have these bizarre bozo moments that put an already under pressure driver even further into the mud when he’s actually been improving lately #YukiCoin
the pit stop was 12 seconds, TWELVE FUCKING SECONDS his side of the garage is useless atp. he’s under so much pressure trying to do his best only to be screwed time and time again just for the team to fix everything with an apology. i’m so done. https://t.co/iZexVntphi

When Russell can’t overtake Bearman I can’t wait to see how he’ll orchestrate the Antonelli swap back with Piastri there and Verstappen catching
