We have a fight on our hands in #Illinois. @DKSportsbook joined @FDSportsbook in announcing a $0.50 surcharge per bet starting Sept. 1 if the current per-wager tax is not repealed from the budget @GovPritzker is expected to sign for FY26 effective 7/1.
