Irrespective of how the series pans out, #Siraj (bowling), Sunder (batter) and Jadeja (batter) have been very, very impressive. Why do I not mention the top Indian run-getters? Because this has been a really weak English bowling lineup on mostly flat wickets.

India have now lost 8 of their last 11 Test matches, including a whitewash series result at home. Again, the focus should be on the batters: consistency and the need to grind out an innings in Test cricket is where improvements are required urgently.
