Significant disruptions on motorways & roads across Auckland are likely this morning due to nationwide protest activity. Expect delays on Auckland’s bus network during the morning peak. Check Live Departures or Journey Planner before traveling & travel off-peak if possible.

AT HOP Update: We’re asking customers who use auto top-ups to reset their auto-top ups if they are receiving an ‘insufficient funds’ notification when they tag-on. You'll need to update your auto top-up and then tag-on to one of our services for the update to take effect. 1/2

We are working through the final restoration of our AT HOP services. MyAT is currently still experiencing some issues. The grace period for topping up your AT HOP card has been extended until the end of the day on Sunday to give you time to top up via ticket machines.
