In partnership with Watoto Church Ministry and Rotaract club of Mulago, we held a medical camp at Katanga Ug. Together with IDI Makerere, we sensitized people about AMR. The drama team helped facilitate this by performing skits that demonstrated the causes and prevention of AMR.

We had a night full of research and AMR talks at gulu university which attracted researchers, students, academia and policy makers. Involvement of youth in AMR research was emphasized as one way of combating AMR through influencing evidence based policy making.

Thanks to the generous funding$ support from @TrinityChall we donated a 10,000L water tank to the school to strengthen the role of WASH in combating resistant microbes. It will provide a continuous supply of clean water highlighting handwashing as a frontline defense in IPC.

3. Well, we are excited to announce that this is the second AMR club we launched; the Budhwege Primary School AMR (WASH) Club.We aim to develop students as WASH Champions and ambassadors in their communities, raising awareness about AMR and WASH. @SouthAfricanASP @TrinityChall

Did you know the impact of signage on a child's learning?We installed signage posts emphasizing clean water and good hygiene as key factors in preventing diseases.We also donated scholastic materials to the students to support their school progres @TrinityChall @SouthAfricanASP
