🚀 Excited to share my latest project: an Employee Management System built with React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and styled using Tailwind CSS. I focused on creating reusable components, implementing DRY principles, and ensuring a clean separation of concerns. @kirat_tw @100xDevs

What state management library you use in React Js ? 1. Redux ? 2. Recoil ? 3. Zustand ? If you are using the above or any other state management tool, comment it. !

This can lead to performance issues since unnecessary components are re-rendered whenever the state is accessed. State management tools help to avoid this by providing more efficient ways to manage and share state without causing excessive re-renders.

Why state management in React? - State management is important because, when using the Context API, any time a sub-child component needs to access the state stored in the context, it can trigger re-renders of all components between the parent and the sub-child.

Essentially, they allow you to store the state in a dedicated place, often called a "store," so that both parent and child components can access and use this state easily.

What are state management tools in React ? - State management tools in React refer to methods or libraries used to manage the application's state in a centralized way.
