I’m happy Nicki made Queen. If she didn’t, I wouldn’t even be a Barb. That was my first time listening to Nicki from a non-commercial standpoint. She made that album to prove strength, prove she’s the best lyricist/artist. I could hear anger, frustration & confidence. I was SOLD!

The way I was even stanning harder during Queen era! Numbers sucked. But the music I could practically relate with. I enjoyed her sonically so badly. Not every album will smash commercially, let these artists do the music they feel. Do you even care about what they sing/rap about
