Johnny tosses him a knowing look, and Price an even more knowing look, because they all know what happened. But Ghost won't give anything away, he never does. Ghost doesn't give a shit what you say about him, but Johnny is a different story completely.

I can imagine someone coming to base and not giving a fuck about Ghost's reputation. They laugh at him and whisper under their breath, and while Soap is fucking furious, Ghost is dismissive. He doesn't care what people think of him. That is until, that person mentions Johnny.
