25 years after the Genocide against the Tutsi, Gunila Von Hall, a Swedish Journalist who took photos of massacres in Nyarubuye and Muhanga in 1994, decided to give unpublished 120 photos to Rwandans to honour the memory of the victims.

EXCITING NEWS: Aegis Trust won the second edition of the Raphael Lemkin International Award in recognition of its outstanding contribution to fighting genocide, in particular by educating young Rwandans through its Education for Sustainable Peace in Rwanda programme.
Knowing the importance of engaging youth in the process of building peaceful, cohesive and inclusive society, through our Youth Champion Training, young people are provided with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values they need to promote peace.
