hot take but i think tokon's gameplay looks good. The screen transitions happen when you want them to happen instead of just damage on the wall which i like a lot. only worries are combos, but nobody really can lab them anyways, and defense looks a bit too weak.

If the wall doesn't break with damage like strive then i think this is perfectly fine. you can setup the first few rounds to get assists then its an all out brawl at the last few. also losing the round does give you an assist so you are guaranteed to have all 3 in r3.
A normal match in MARVEL Tōkon will start as a 2v2. You will gain a Team Member if you:.◽ Throw your opponent.◽ Spam opponent in the corner.◽ Lose a Round. Upon meetup, both your Life/Vital and Skill gage increase!

I'm kinda hoping this is like training mode footage and the round count is not shown. If there aren't rounds in a 4v4 with 1 hp bar, you either do no damage or the game will end in like an instant. It is looking like a low damage game atm
