My top priority from a fan service perspective would be to do a deal with Sony/Columbia records to release the "I Am...The Autobiography" double album. I would curate the tracklist as originally intended. Also, release it with an accompanying documentary to honor Nipsey's vision.
Recording an album with AZ. Call up Alchemist and Just Blaze for Kneelmatic. Rap with all the young lyricists on the last day.

The replay value of Nas and DJ Premier Light Years is really high honestly. The speaking interludes throughout the album help to weave it together to play like an audio Hip-hop documentary imo 🔥🔥
