This is a good example of #GDS role modelling best practice. We are big fans of GDS assessments for digital services, partly because of the emphasis it places on user-driven, data-driven decision making. RUM is another demonstration of that ethos.

Interesting paper on the application of #AI. Whilst focused on the housing sector, it does a good job of providing use cases where AI can help. It also poses challenges around an organisation's ability to assimilate AI into its operations.
