On suraj mohite and his manager ravi ( found his name via truecaller ) for forcing me to do kyc when i was clear right the start about the card limit. And now suraj mohite is not answering my calls.

If @rblbank and @Bajaj_Finserv have any sort of responsibilities as brands serving people then look into this matter asap or I would have to file a case of misleading customers , not responding , wasting my time , energy etc into the consumer court and a case.

So it feels like it’s following a well established scam model to scam people in a professional way.

After all this i tried to have a call with the rbl credit card department using this number +91 22-71190900 mentioned on their welcome kit but no the ivr picks up the call and after selecting the language and selecting that i am a card holder the call drops.

From which i can only use 30% cause after 30% of usage credit card expenses dent hard on your credit score so overall spendable limit was 7,500/- which is not enough to buy a used or refurbished iphone in any scenario.

If 1,10,000/- is not the limit when i receive the card i will simply close it. But the real scam is here today I received the card and loggedin to rbls Mycard App and verified the limit which was 2500/- as cash limit and 25,000/- as overall spendable limit. Which.

Had a call with me ( the managers number +91 91123 01441 ) and both the scammers told me that “no no 25000/- is only the cash limit and the overall spendable limit is 110000/- so you can have big purchases” so I agreed on the conditions.

So i refused to do kyc as the limit was not as much as i wanted. But no this suraj mohite guy with mobile number +91 93092 44254 ( for @rblbank and @Bajaj_Finserv ‘s reference) called me 4-5 times and when I didn’t picked up his call his manager (don’t konw his name).

So due to this less limit i wanted to opt out from this before the final kyc. But but but their kyc people had numerous calls just like i had dome some robbery or something with rbl bank. So the kyc person was a guy named suraj mohite in the chinchwad area in pcmc.

So after this everything went as per the procedure. And finally i received the sms stating the final card limit is 25000/- so i was furious as the sales representative said that i have to spend 50k plus in a year and my annual fee would be 0/- rs.

I had a call from @rblbank’s sales representative about this card and this was i guess 300th or plus call on my phone number. So finally i was in need and agreed for the credit card which was the rbl bank super card. Cause i wanted to purchase an iphone.

WTF @rblbank @Bajaj_Finserv, what type of service or #SCAM is this ( hum customers ko chutiya banakar dhandha karoge ) in the name of super card. The full story………
