There’s nothing bold about making Superman anything but Superman. Snyder had some good ideas, but the execution was terrible. I disliked everything from the tone to the colour grading. All could have been forgiven if the writing had been solid, but it was also rubbish.

The entire tournament is an embarrassment. The fact that Bayern are facing some random part-timers is shocking. It’s eating into rest-time, and there’s simply too much football being played. The players need a break. The CWC is a farce and the product is crap.
