A month ago, I took a challenge to build a project as a solo dev and ended up creating an unpublished Chrome extension for detecting Phishing URLs. Which led me to secure an overall position under 15 in two hackathons with over ~200 submissions.

Am I NGMI or what? I usually understand things better when I build on my own using AI and docs, but I can't even sit through a YouTube tutorial.

ngl despite studying in a tier 1.5-2 college ,it does feel a bit dejected when you can't get into IIT with some mere marks . But looking at those things ,the hunger inside me led me to explore more and more than many of my friends who are currently at IITs or NITs.
Blessed are those who failed JEE and college entrances. Facing failure early is the biggest most valuable lesson in life. And you faced it as a fragile 17 year old. Imagine the hunger and drive to prove yourself to the rest of the world at such a young ripe age.
