Order #165387788914871 from @SwiggyInstamart I just placed an order for "Rishat Millet Dosa Batter," which is expired. I also raised a complaint with support, but they only said 'thank you for sharing feedback.This is not feedback; I need a refund or a replacement for my order.

It is disappointing to witness the employees of @HDFC_Bank being relaxed and engrossed in their mobile phones instead of attending to their customers. Such behavior reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer service.

[3/3] It's disheartening to witness the same person who was polite during the sales process behave rudely when I required assistance. I cannot recommend anyone to purchase policies from @HDFCLIFE.
