Understanding a child’s individual needs is key to helping them feel safe & supported. We recently held Individual Child Plan sessions with students & teachers across Ghyangfedi. These plans help teachers track progress, identify risks & tailor support so every child can thrive.

2.3 million newborns die each year – most from preventable causes. The AdaraNewborn Training Programme aims to change that. It equips healthcare workers in resource-limited settings with the skills to care for small & sick newborns, helping save lives. 👇🏾.

When adolescents have the right support, they’re equipped to build brighter, healthier futures. Each quarter, we host a psychosocial support group at the Adara Youth Community Centre for young mothers & vulnerable adolescents – offering a safe space to connect, share & learn.

In remote Nepal, higher education often means leaving home. Sarita grew up dreaming of being a pharmacist. With local options, she made the difficult move to Kathmandu to study. Today, Sarita’s flourishing, thanks to Adara’s scholarship programme. 👉🏽

We’re thrilled to announce the beginning of our work with our fourth AdaraNewborn site: Nakasongla Health Centre!. As part of early implementation, our Uganda team recently delivered Essential Newborn Care training – strengthening health workers’ skills to care for newborns.
