Testing a new acquisition channel: cold calling. Found an SDR. Scripts are ready. First calls going out soon. No idea if it’ll work. That’s the point. Let’s see what the data says.

Just got my first free-trial user 🎉 20 days in. Now comes the hardest part: hoping they turn into a paying customer 😅 Small win. Back to work.

PSA for founders using “advanced features” inside tools. I didn’t realize how much I was overpaying until I checked the numbers. I was using ~45,000 AI credits / month inside my cold email tool. Cost: ~$500/month. Same volume. Same prompts. Same model. I switched to my own

After almost a month of pure grinding, something finally clicked. 13.5k cold emails sent. 300 LinkedIn DMs sent. And the biggest lesson wasn’t about copy, tools, or volume. It was this: my ICP isn’t SaaS CEOs or tech founders. It’s SMBs. All that effort was needed to realize

End of year reality as a B2B founder: Fewer replies. Fewer payments. More no-shows on calls. Not a strategy problem. Not a product problem. Just December. It’s part of the game.

This Reddit post just became my #1 post ever. 661k views in 48 hours. 627 upvotes. No promo. No links. Just posting the right thing, in the right subreddit, the right way. Reddit is brutal… but when it works, it really works.

11.4k cold emails sent. 1.48% reply rate. 28 real opportunities (I don’t know why is 22 on the screen 🤷‍♂️) No magic. No hacks. Just volume, iteration, and fixing the message every week. Outbound is boring until it isn’t. Then it compounds fast. Still early, still testing.

I made a conscious decision. From now on, my mood is directly correlated to MRR. Healthy? Probably not. Effective? We’ll find out.

Just launched a new LinkedIn outbound campaign Fresh list Fresh angle Zero expectations (for now) Early days, still calibrating, we’ll see what the data says I’ll share the results, good or bad

I’m everywhere right now. – Reddit – X (Twitter) – LinkedIn – LinkedIn cold DMs – Cold emails Pushing on every marketing front at once. Am I missing any channel that actually works in 2025?

Reddit is finally compounding. 16k views in 1H on a single post. Not luck. Not viral magic. Just: – the right sub – the right angle – zero promotion – pure value Reddit rewards structure, not noise. I documented exactly: – how I choose subs – how I frame posts so they don’t

Most “$0 → $10k MRR” advice misses the point. What actually works (from what I’ve seen + tested): 1️⃣ Pick a validated idea Boring > clever. Proven > original. 2️⃣ Build an MVP that feels too small One problem. One use case. 3️⃣ Talk about it where people already are (X /

Booked 12 calls in 2 weeks 6 in one day Only thing I changed: the copy Same list Same setup Same ICP I didn’t tweak lines I rewrote everything Lesson 👇 If deliverability is fine, and targeting is right, it’s almost always a message problem Outbound doesn’t fail Bad copy

Posted on Reddit 2 days ago. Didn’t expect much. 116,000 views later. No tricks. No growth hack. Just the right topic, in the right subreddit, at the right time. Reddit is brutal. But when it hits, it really hits. Lesson: distribution matters as much as the product.

Outbound was dead for 3 days. 0 calls. Nothing. Today I changed one thing: the copy. Same list. Same setup. Same volume. Results (today): – 1,870 emails sent – 15 replies – 6 link requests – 3 calls booked (same day) Best day so far. Lesson: It wasn’t the tool. Not
