Just got finished rewatching Tank vs Roach🥊. I scored this fight 116-112 for Roach. I had Tank up 4-2 after 6,and he looked like he was getting ready to run away with this one. But he faded big time in the 2nd half. Roach showed grit,toughness,and good combos. He deserved the W.

Shakur Stevenson defeats William Zepeda by Unanimous decision. Both guys showed big time skill. No cake walk for these two guys. Shakur went out there and squashed the unfair “running” narrative people had on him. This fight clearly showed the #1 lightweight vs #3 lightweight.

2 things. #1. Shakur Stevenson hasn’t had a great performance in 2 years. He has to perform Saturday. #2. Shakur Stevenson beating William Zepeda would be the best win at 135 from any current lightweight fighter,including Tank. Zepeda was ranked #1 by all sanctioning bodies.

Some of you all are discrediting Shakur Stevenson before he fights William Zepeda. What happened with Zepeda and Tevin Farmer means something, but Zepeda can fight totally different vs Shakur. Lamont Roach didn’t have great performances against Orlando Cruz(won but arguably lost).

I would like see Shakur Stevenson get the stoppage vs William Zepeda this weekend. He needs a dominant performance even more so than just a win to me. I need to see this “Belt to ass” display Saturday night. Beat down at the least. Let them hands rip.
