Thanks, @British_Airways! Your staff pressured me into checking in my medium sized soft bag while boarding. I told them it would get destroyed by the luggage handlers - I was right. Also turns out there would have been plenty of space overhead, under the seat, and next to me too

Hey @MSC_Cruises_UK, any plans of switching to an IT system that works? So far I had issues every single time I booked something: my account got messed up, could not do web checking, now could not get e-Tickets. These cannot all be just "glitches" 🤷.

Hey @SouthernRailUK, how can I submit a claim for a group ticket of 6+5? The website says I can only submit 3 claims at a time and it requires ticket numbers (I have 11 of those) not the booking confirmation number (I have 2 of those).

Hey @BandQ, at checkout the cashier scanned and took my voucher and I saw on the receipt that it had no affect. When I went back she knew straight away what the problem was (i.e. it must happen a LOT): my club card was not scanned. Why is the cashier not warned in such instances?.
