I fell off my bike by Blackfriars station yesterday. I’m ok (torn ligaments). But I was helped by a delightful jogger who took care of me. I think her name was Helene (surname sounds like Murch but I’m not sure) who said she works near St Paul’s. I just want to thank her properly
