A nice shot by @AdamSharfe. Mid-century lettering looks cool next to the old mid-century church next door. An otherwise blank wall becomes a new landmark for the Village.
We had some fun with the prominent location of Osborne Terraces, under construction at the gateway to the Village. “Welcome to Osborne Village” greets people to the neighbourhood. via @BockstaelCon

Race is on between the first two major new buildings to be built on the Osborne Village strip in twenty years. I love working on projects (first one in the video) that help to redefine urban neighbourhoods. New storefronts and residents will be a shot in the arm for the area.

Checking out brick mock-ups for the new mixed-use building starting construction soon at 197 Osborne in the heart of the Village. I love brick. It presents a beautiful image of permanence and timelessness.
