Tonight the DNC will stream the Milwaukee rally into the United Center & primetime programming. Here at Fiserv, they'll watch DNC speeches on the big screens before VP Harris & Gov Walz come out. After they finish, people will exit to Deer Disctict to watch the Obamas' speeches.

A person with the campaign tells me remarks will start tonight at about 8 pm. More than half the arena is full two hours before the program is scheduled to start. Many more people are outside waiting to get in.
