TEAM over everything. Being on a team doesn’t make you a “teammate”.
Teammate is an overused term. It shouldn’t be inherited,given,nor assumed. If you have folks that call you a ‘teammate’, but your interaction is always dependent on your mood or you aren’t even close to an everyday ‘guy’ =. You are not a teammate-you are an associate. At best.
