Had a delicious meal at @oakatfourteenth last night in Boulder. Porcini ribeye. Chicken liver mousse with strawberry. Halibut ceviche. Berkshire pork capicola. Citrus tart. Roasted chicken with green apple.

Had a great evening and delicious meal showcasing the regions of Costa Rica at @sanlucas.treetopdining plus the company was as good as it gets. @ San Lucas Dining Experience

Amazing day in Costa Rica today. Lots of flora and fauna. Plus some zip line, Arenal volcano and beautiful weather. @ La Fortuna, Alajuela, Costa Rica
