Our eastern network provider will be performing planned maintenance on the afternoon of Sunday, February 18. Impact to most customers is expected to be minimal, however we will have support staff on duty to assist you if needed.

The trouble affecting inbound calls is expected to be resolved by end of business today. Toll free and outbound calling remains unaffected.

We are seeing improved but far from reliable inbound service. Outbound service should be largely functional at this time. Inbound calls to Toll Free numbers are unaffected.

Looks like on top of intermittent connectivity in Victoria there was also an outage affecting our ability to receive and place calls within BC. The latter issue has been resolved around noon.

Packet loss has been resolved and services are responding normally. Still waiting for the explanation of what has caused the outages on the 2nd and today.

The data centre has switched to their backup link, however we're seeing slight packet loss which may cause minor audio drop outs. Continuing to monitor the situation.

Our Victoria data centre has gone offline. Currently awaiting updates and ETR. However, all business customers should be failed over to Montreal and remaining online.

If any customers in BC, AB, SK experience calls dropping a few seconds after answer, please reboot your phone one time only. If that doesn't fix it, please email support right away and let us know.
