While we in the NHS were working 12+ hour shifts trying to save people. We had to send any staff that left a card via the internet. No leaving parties. No drinks. No gatheringsā¦. Double standards - so unacceptable

She set up Gateway Primary Care which delivers care to these vulnerable marginalized individuals. But it wasn't easy & there were many challenges setting up & keeping the service going. Not your usual GP surgery & she was a nurse operating in a male dominant doctor's world. 2/
