It went out of order and stuck during hours when staff are not available. Could have been something worse had someone been stuck in there. The lift needs replacing and there is no time to delay this.

Again the platform lift at PTA @tfwrail is out of order. And again with no notice before travel. The lift has broken numerous times with staff and passengers alike being stuck inside. Surely it's about time it gets replaced, before something more serious happens.
