3rd graders were structural engineers this week. They designed and built landslide barriers. They had 3 criterias: (1) Use at least 3 different materials, (2) Sediment from the landslide must not touch the cars, (3) No debris on the road. π§π¨

It was Kite Day in 3rd Grade today! π Our third graders explored energy and force in a hands-on way. They observed how wind energy creates lift and how forces like gravity and tension affect flight. It was a fun and exciting way to see science in action!
