Ultimately, innovation starts with each one of us. By committing to continuous improvement in all aspects of our lives, we can create positive change not only for ourselves but also for those around us.

At work, this might mean seeking out feedback from colleagues or attending training sessions to learn new skills. It could also mean challenging yourself by taking on projects outside your usual scope of work or volunteering for leadership opportunities.

By constantly learning and growing, we can become better versions of ourselves both personally and professionally. This means taking risks, stepping out of our comfort zones, and embracing failure as an opportunity for growth.

We're bombarded with messages telling us to be more productive, work harder, and achieve more than ever before. But what if we took a step back and focused on improving ourselves instead?

But innovation isn't just about coming up with something brand new - it's also about constantly improving ourselves. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the rat race of trying to keep up with everyone else.

Innovation is a buzzword that gets thrown around a lot these days. It's often associated with creating new products or services that disrupt the market and change the way we live our lives.

The LatAm ecosystem has been a sad example of hyper competition and fragmentation. But with the right mindset, we can change this. The only way for us to do this is by sharing our knowledge, ideas, and experience with each other

My VC resolutions for 2023: 1) Update public profiles: remove any reference to ever having ever liked crypto/web3, deny any rumors that I was claiming to be “down the rabbit hole” less than a year ago, say that I would have “definitely done deep due diligence” on FTX

Yes! The only way out is to humble ourselves and acknowledge our mistakes. Save the egos for the boxing ring and focus on building the ecosystem instead. Be humble and give others a chance to learn from you. Don't be afraid to ask for help and accept criticism.

In 2023 let's create a no ego entrepreneurial ecosystem. I feel like there’s often a certain arrogance that starts to pervade startup culture. Why do so many founders and investors seem to think they can do no wrong?
