When Winnie had a fall at the front of school, our wonderful Y10 students ran to help her and get her medical attention! Today they went to visit to check she was okay. Winnie seemed in good spirits and couldn’t thank them enough!

Our amazing ‘Pets As Therapy’ dog, Hamish, has been visiting the school with his trainer, Jenni, since February and has worked with a total of around 20 students altogether. It has been fantastic to see the students develop their confidence and social skills during the sessions!
Great 1st day back. Year 11 study skills sessions, 7 and 12 Induction (40% more start with us this year, 266 vs 159 last year) and the rest in lessons trying thier PB. Thanks to all our families for sending thier amazing children to us today, so smartly dressed and enthusiastic.
So proud of our students bringing in so many toys to donate to Alder Hey. Delighted to take some students who’ve played a big part in the campaign along to see how charity supports the hospital

In our latest Ofsted inspection, it was recognised that “Pupils at this school, including those in the sixth form, benefit from a broad and ambitious curriculum”.
Congratulations to the Year 7 team who beat North Liverpool Academy 3-1 this afternoon. Is it Mr Tomlinson's tactics or Mr Lloyd's chocolate bars that pulled them through? ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Our students had the pleasure of meeting Afghani cricket professionals Zohaib and Zahir at
