This entire past year has been nothing but draconian overreach after draconian overreach. And still we do nothing. Not least because the British people as a whole are impotent & spineless, refusing to stand and do what's necessary, to fight for a revolution 40 years overdue.

And still we do nothing.

I've handed out like 60 keys over the years to people who might be able to help the game get more eyes on it. Maybe 10% of them ever redeemed their key, despite most telling me "oh yeah I'll totally check it out". Just makes me feel totally worthless.

I can count on one hand the people who've expressed looking forward to Heartbreaker's release even at Episode 1. And when the Patreon & SubscribeStar get virtually no support, what's the point? My own business fell apart so I can't realistically self-fund its development anymore.

I'll admit that sometimes I consider quitting. Feels like no matter how hard I try, it's just not going to work and nobody gives a shit anyway. Haven't been able to justify working on the game in months past some new sprites, because it feels like I'm the only one who even cares.
