It's Thursday, so let's throw it back, shall we? Back to 2023 when we snuck into the lab and caught Chef Pat baking a perfect batch of fresh focaccia. We do it on the daily, for every table and guest. At Absinthe, focaccia is our love language, and we think yours might be too.
