Maybe it’s me, but as a Black person in this country logically you KNOW racism is still alive. You KNOW we aren’t that far removed, you KNOW they hate you, always have and always will. You KNOW you can’t fall for it and must stay aware…but part of you wishes you could sleep.

JUST REMEMBER. If they DO this, be mindful that lashing out is what they want. They WANT footage of Black people out protesting on the street so that they can easily frame every individual one of us as lil' gremlin monsters that need to be hung, electrocuted, & choked to death.
Black people are potentially hours away from losing another piece of our voting rights; rights that we secured only 60 years ago. We haven’t even had them for a full generation.
