@Abramjee Sibiya used the word "was" referring to Boshoga at the adhoc committee, and he had to duck and dive when he was asked to repeat what he meant when he used past tense.Labelling Boshoga as a drug dealer by cat is meant to push the narrative that what ever happened to him its drugs
