@adaezennaji_ Sorry . If you can inhale strong menthol plus heat, put original aboniki balm in a small bucket pour in extremely hot water. Cover yourself with Something thick and breathe in for few minutes, take your head out. Repeat until the content is no longer strong. It works like magic.
