growth is not a race against anyone else. For a person with a disability, it is a personal journey of unfolding potential. When we provide a little extra patience and a lot of belief, they don't just grow, they stand tall. They find their own way to contribute and eventually

they both reach their full height when they get the right care. When progress for a person with a disability feels like it is moving slowly, we have to remember that the roots are still growing. Strength is building, even in the quiet moments. At the end of the day,

them. Most importantly, they need real opportunities to try, rather than being told what they cannot do. Every tree in a forest grows differently. Some shoot up toward the sun right away, while others take a lot longer to find their way. Neither one is better than the other;

We limit how strong it can eventually be. People with disabilities need those same simple things to thrive. They need the time to learn in a way that makes sense for them. They need us to offer patience instead of pressure, and genuine support instead of just feeling sorry for

there is so much pressure to be fast with success. But for a person with a disability, real progress doesn't always look like a big celebration. Sometimes, it is showing up every day, trying again after a hard afternoon, and reaching tiny milestones that others might not even

No one cheers for those roots, but without them, the tree will never stand. It is the most important part of the process, ironically it is the hardest to see. The growth of people with disabilities works in a very similar way. In our world today,

*GROWTH TAKES TIME.* When you plant a tree, you don’t expect it to tower over your house by the next morning. In fact, for a long time, it might look like nothing is happening at all. But underground, that tree is busy. It is growing its roots quietly and patiently.

β€œDisabled is learning shoe shoemaking” as they say sometimes.He remained focus, put his heart on the job as the only way to his survival. He mastered the craft, the art and remains on top of the job among his learning colleagues.He learned heartily, not casually.

A boy was born with physical disability. His left leg is not active like the other. A stick is his own assistive technology. Adulthood knocked on his door but job and opportunities were not coming. He wanted to breakout from being dependent to independent.
