Yesterday afternoon Abingdon Fire Company responded alongside Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and an Ambulance from Harford County DES to a report of a Motor Vehicle Collision with Fire. Rescue Engine 4 was first arriving Engine and began suppression efforts.

Officers and members from Abingdon Fire Company - MD were joined today by representatives from Harford County Government, including County Executive Bob Cassilly, to break ground at the location of our future Riverside station!

Abingdon Fire Company responded alongside surrounding companies to this dwelling fire just before 9:30pm Friday night. Quint 4 responded as the first due Truck company, conducting searches, opening up for the Engine company, and setting up for rooftop operations.

This morning at 1:13 am, @AbingdonFire was alerted to assist @BelAirVolFireCo for an apartment fire in the 900 block of Cheswold Ct. Crews arrived to a two story middle of the group townhome with smoke showing. Crews extinguished a fire in the attic and on the rear exterior.
