After raising an issue on October 8, it took a week for Flipkart to respond, only to say they couldn't provide the updated invoice and would process a return instead. They requested photos of the product, but on October 21, I was told the images weren't clear enough.

Following their new policy, I visited an Apple service center for a return. They were helpful but found that the warranty hadn’t been updated by Flipkart, so I needed an invoice with the serial number to proceed. Flipkart’s invoice lacked this crucial detail.
