2/3 college students say "trying hard" should be a factor in their grades. 1/3 expect at least a B just for showing up. The true measure of learning is not the time and energy you put in. It’s the knowledge and skills you take out. An A is for excellence, not for effort.

It’s hard to believe that 15 years ago, I started at T-Mobile for the first time! A 20 year old kid looking for a “winter gig.” Never could I have imagined it would grow into the career I have! 💗

My heart is feeling a little extra full today. Cooper did a GREAT job learning his first kata at karate and Caylee rode her bike with no training wheels! So blessed and proud to be their mom 💗

I’m not sure how this happened, but my baby graduated from Kindergarten today. When she was a baby I always wondered what she would be like. She is silly, affectionate, witty, adventurous, loud, sensitive, caring, smart, curious, kind, stubborn and oh so very happy. Oh, time!
